Hey everyone! I just wanted to post an update regarding shipping and delivery - I shipped everyone's rewards out at the end of September, so everyone who has pledged should have received their rewards by now... in fact, you should have received them a month ago!

If you have not received your reward, a few things may have occurred:

- You have not filled out your Backerkit survey (There are still a small handful of you who have not!)
- You have not fixed your payment info, and were not charged for your pledge (Again, just a small few!)
- Your package is stuck in customs (Bleh!)
- USPS lost your package (Double bleh!)
- Your package was delivered, but swiped :(

Luckily, I have only had a few backers contact me with these issues. I have since sent out replacement packages, and am wrestling with USPS for shipping and product refunds (since they were all insured!)

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REWARDS: please contact me! I want to make sure everyone has their stuff! I'll be able to deduce exactly what happened and we'll make sure we get a solution out to you as soon as we can.

Hey everybody! 

The rest of the packages went out last week via Priority Mail. Yay! Most domestic backers should have received their packages, and International should be arriving this week or next, depending on destination. Please message me if you do not receive your package (Domestic) by this Saturday, October 7th, or (International) by October 14th.

I hope everyone enjoys their rewards! I've been seeing some people posting on Facebook and Instagram and tagging me, and it just makes me so so happy. Please message me with any issues and I'll resolve them as fast as I can. I am out of the country from October 9th-21st, but I have access to my email.

Thank you for allowing me to bring this project to life. I couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Hey everybody!

SHIPPING HAS BEGUN! WHOO HOO!

 
I've shipped just about half of the packages today, so many people will have their items by the end of the week (Domestically at least... international may take a few days longer depending on your location). I'm so excited for everyone to finally get their hands on the books and decks.... I hope to hear your thoughts on them and I hope you all are as happy with them as I am!

I know this has been months in the making so I can't begin to thank you all for your patience and your faith in me and the ArCANIS tarot project. You are all amazing!

Address Lock Down

Hey everybody!

Getting ready to ship! Woohoo! This is your 24hr reminder that I will be locking down addresses in BackerKit, and you will no longer be able to update your address.

If you need to change your address, please head over to this link and put your email in to take you to your survey, or follow the survey link from BackerKit in your email that you received after you completed it. Please note: while I can change addresses manually after I lock them down, this is a huge pain in the butt and I would prefer to not have to do it, so make sure your address is correct!

Can't wait for everyone to receive their decks! They are going out USPS priority shipping and will be done in batches. :)

Books have arrived + Shipping Dates!

Hey everybody!

The final shipment of books has finally arrived! This means I have everything I need to start shipping, which will begin the week of September 4th! Woo!! Most backers in the Continental United States will receive their orders within 5-7 business days of shipment verification, and most international orders will receive theirs in 2-3 weeks after that, so with any luck, everyone will have their hands on their decks before the end of September! Woohoo!

One last note: Please, if you haven't filled out your Kickstarter surveys, please please fill them out. I need your addresses to send you your stuff! If for some reason you're having difficulty with the survey, please contact me directly.
